Roadside Assistance

Your Scion is one of the best built vehicles on the road; however the unexpected could happen, whether you're making a run to the corner store or taking a road trip across the country. This is what Scion Extra Care Roadside Assistance is all about – emergency road service 24 / 7 / 365. If you own a Scion, any model or year, Roadside Assistance is available to you as a 12-month renewable membership.

From tow trucks to trip planning, one call to a Roadside Assistance Representative (1–866–9–SCION–1) is all it takes to access Scion Extra Care Roadside Assistance. Read on for a complete breakdown of all the benefits and privileges that membership brings.

  • Mechanical Breakdown Towing

    Mechanical problems? No problem. Scion Extra Care Roadside Assistance will tow you to your preferred Scion or Toyota Dealership within 50 kms or, if you're far from home, to the nearest Scion or Toyota Dealership within 300 kms.

  • Accident Towing

    In the event of an accident, Scion Extra Care Roadside Assistance will tow you to your preferred Scion or Toyota Dealership within 50 kms or to the nearest Scion or Toyota Dealership within 300 kms. If necessary, we'll also throw in a second tow, from an accident-reporting centre to a Scion or Toyota Dealership.

  • Battery Boost

    Need a boost? Scion Extra Care Roadside Assistance will be there. And, if your Scion still fails to start–up, we'll provide the towing services described in Mechanical Breakdown Towing (see above).

  • Lockout Service

    Locked out? Scion Extra Care Roadside Assistance will help you out. We'll dispatch the appropriate service provider to get you back into your car.

  • Fuel Delivery

    Out of fuel and no service station in sight? Scion Extra Care Roadside Assistance will deliver gasoline to your vehicle.

  • Tire Change

    If you have a flat tire, Scion Extra Care Roadside Assistance will arrange to have your spare installed.

  • Winching

    Run off the road? If your Scion gets stuck in a ditch, mud or snow, Scion Extra Care Roadside Assistance will help get your car back on the road.

  • Trip Interruption

    If you experience a mechanical breakdown more than 300 km from home, Scion Extra Care Roadside Assistance will reimburse you up to a total of $100 per day for a maximum of three days for accommodation, meals and transportation (combined).

  • Travel Planning

    Planning a road trip? Scion Extra Care Roadside Assistance can help. Upon request, we'll send you a personalized travel planner that includes:

    • Alternate routes and a trip log

    • Tour and accommodation directories

    • List of Scion and Toyota Dealers en-route

    • Highlighted road, city and vacation area maps

    • Historical sites, attractions and entertainment
